Definitions and Interpretation

Specific terms used in this document have the following meanings:

• "Platform" or "Site" — ck44l's website and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" — any person browsing this platform or managing an account.
• "Account" — the user's personal registered account used to access ck44l services.
• "Bonus Funds" — money granted as a promotional offer that can be withdrawn subject to meeting specific conditions.

The payment methods currently accepted at ck44l are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No other methods are accepted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be made.
• Withdrawal amounts must only be requested after active wagering requirements have been met.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The following welcome bonuses currently apply at ck44l:

• A 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳10,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) — total ৳15,000.
• A 15x wagering requirement must be met on the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The account must have accurate information in order to claim bonus benefits.
• Only one account per household, address, or IP address is eligible to receive a bonus.
• ck44l reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus terms at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and related winnings may be forfeited.

VIP Program and Rewards

ck44l's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Moving up to a higher tier depends on continued activity on the platform. Cashback will be credited to the account at a set time each week. No separate wagering condition applies to cashback unless stated otherwise.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck44l platform:

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial strategies to play.
• Using or attempting to access another user's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving offensively toward other users or staff.
• Impersonating someone else or providing false information.

If a user engages in any of the prohibited activities above, ck44l reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Responsible Gaming

• Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
